INNOBE pronounced (eye -no-bee) is a really promising talent I recently got off the plane from ANTIGUA( a p
aradise of an island) where I had spent some of the time listening to this set I was at first not that interested ,due to the tiredness yet as I woke slowly my ears began to prick I was smitten by this talented lady. The first song on the set for me is he killer track called DEEP and lyrically this lady shows she is astute as the best of them FRONT PORCH picks up from there and again this funky song had my fingers tapping and tapping ( at this point the in-flight meal arrive and I was too distracted by this to have the meal) equally WRONG WITH YOU is another funky flowing track that she manages to deliver with so much grace and soul .It would be easy to make comparisons at this point to the likes of ERYKA BADU yet INNOBE truly has her own way of delivering he goods take SISTA SISTA things turn a bit mellow yet so soulful with a strong message to the SISTAS of the world no matter what colour or background. GRAND MA SAID is another good song followed by my second killer song ITS LOVE and hear again she lifts her music. You cant go wrong with his set and just when you think that she got you she does it again THE WAY is another song that believe me when say it gets you as it did me simply lovely. LYFE which is the album title has a nice slap bass ( can we have more please people) to it a great melody plus lyrics. As the album finishes the song TODAY comes along and hits you up side the head as if INNOBE is saying I aint done grooving you yet and she isn’t .GOOD OLE DAYS another great song . Look out fro this lady she set to hit big in my opinion humbly that is .

Inobe's musical journey started in a small Baptist church i
n St. Petersburg, FL where her grandfather is Pastor. She grew up in a singing family and learned at an early age that she could move people with her voice and comfort them with her words. After graduating from a performing arts high school, Inobe moved to Atlanta and completed a music business degree at Georgia State University.
Armed with a lifetime of musical heritage and a newly minted degree, Inobe decided to offer her brand of indie soul directly to fans through the web and live shows. Over the past few years she has developed a signature sound blending funk, soul and jazz. The sound has earned Inobe a loyal following around the world.
