just been listening to this new artist MARWAN and his new independent set IMMORTAL and boy this man has bags of talent his real name is MARWAN AKIL ABDULLAH and has that Stevie wonder ,Boyz ii men/Glen Lewis feel to his sound laced with a touch of jazz . There are even some acoustic sounds and the song CHANGE is a must listen to song ,my favourite killer track though,is the song FOLLOW ME (FEAT EZRA) MARWAN has that smooth sound but has added great melody and a slightly hard edge to his sound at times I haven’t stop playing this song all day ,a great hook.Other strong contenders here are songs like IMMORTAL and IF YOU WANT IT (FEAT PATRICE) but don’t been fooled I found it hard to fault any of the music here and can say this man has a great future in the business .Other songs you may wish to listen to include DO YOU, AINT NO BODY BETTER, and OoH GIRL. This album comes highly recommended not mentioning the fact he recordedand mixed all of this soulful album at home .He has worked with some of the best in the music industry including one of may favourite artist KASHIF. Please don’t forget the name MARWAN hes one soulful brother to look out for.
