When I heard that ROBERT DOWNEY JR was to take the leading in role in the new SHERLOCK HOLMES movie the word excellent came to mind as he in my mind was the perfect person to bring the character of Holmes to life yet give it the twist it deserves, and judging by the new trailer things are looking pretty good, I must say the only doubt I had was as to whether GUY RITCHIE could pull this off .After all he seemed to only managed success when it came to gangster flicks, my hope is that this new movie does well for him as I do get the big impression there is more to come from this man .Detective Sherlock Holmes (Downey Jr.) and his stalwart partner Watson (Law) engage in a battle of wits and brawn with a nemesis whose plot is a threat to all of England. see trailer below release date is december 2009
