THE LAST AIR BENDER is a movie I was surprised was being made, let alone who would be directing it, when you see the trailer I think you will be suitably impressed to be honest I have never watched the cartoon show at all.The story follows the adventures of Aang, a ten year old successor to a long line of Avatars, who must put his childhood ways aside and stop the Fire Nation from enslaving the Water, Earth and Air nations. Directed by none other than M .N ,SHYAMALAN who directed UNDBREAKABLE and THE HAPPENING amongst others movies this seems a strange departure but I’m sure he will manage to add some strange twist to the film. Release date is 2010
