The announcement of a AVENGERS MOVIE feat IRON MAN ,THE INCREDIBLE HULK,THOR,CAPTAIN AMERICA, fills me with great excitement and yet great dread at the fact that all this could come crashing down around MARVELS head if they get it wrong. I strongly believe that story has to be based firmly in reality, and the plot will have to be a solid one plus flow very well to accommodate all these great characters I don’t envy the director who ends up on this project. My bet for any enemy is ULTRON I know there has been speculation for other villains but for me this dude is plausible, he was created for good and decides to take the mantle of evil instead. With an unbreakable body and is almost invincible. This should be enough to bring this team together to take him down ULTRON and his band of evil cyborgs. Saying this I did like the INVADERS story that ran on the ULTIMATE AVENGERS DVD that came out recently. Again the story and plot could easily be translated to the big screen. One thing for sure whoever takes the helm I beg you please don’t try to add more than is already there? Or inventing enemies’ that those of us who grew up on marvel don’t even know or changing them beyond recognition as they did with GALACTUS in the F4 movie. There is a mammoth task here if marvel get this right this could be the single biggest movie of all time. Get it wrong as they did with DRAGON BALL Z MOVIE and you are left with egg on your face.
In an interview with MTV ROBERT DOWNEY JR Said” if we don’t get this right it’s really, really going to suck said Downey. “It should be the crowning blow of marvels best and brightest because it’s the hardest thing to get right
so here it is the line up for memebers of THE MIGHTY AVENGERS Iron Man (Tony Stark) - Robert Downey Jr. Agent Phil Coulson - Clark Gregg Black Widow - Scarlett Johansson Thor - Chris Hemsworth Captain America (Steven Rogers) - Chris Evans Nick Fury - Samuel L. Jackson Hawkeye - Jeremy Renner The Hulk (Bruce Banner) - Mark Ruffalo WHO REPLACES ED NORTON WHAT NO ANT MAN OR WASP HMMMMMMM
DON’T TRY TO THINK TO FAR AHEAD that you end up trying almost to manipulate the audience to wait and see what comes next yet at the same time, you then end up with giving them a weak film and the audience( WHO ARE NOT FOOL,S) feels short changed and that you have given them nothing. Still the countdown for IRON MAN II is on followed by the THOR MOVIE and then CAPTAIN AMERICA and either or both these movies should go the path of the IRON MAN and THE HULK movie the anticipation for THE AVENGERS MOVIE will be huge indeed. Me I urge huge caution and for those of us to not get carried away in too much speculation. Another aspect of the movie will be interplay between these characters and going off many of the comics and cartoons THE HULK has always come off misunderstood will this play out in the movie YES! It should as part of the dynamics of the movie. After all THE GOD OF THUNDER on first site of THE HULK must think it’s a TROLL that must be vanquished. CAPTAIN AMERICA if his story is played out will be having problems adjusting to the so-called NEW! century he finds himself in let alone THE HULK yet his soldier instincts and leader ship skills will rise to the occasion. IRON MAN he is the one characters along with CAPATAIN AMERICA to help gel this movie. Until then we will have to wait, LOUIS LETTERIER came up with an interesting thought in a interview recently when he was quoted as saying
"…I’ll tell you my real dream: To work with Joe Johnston and [“Thor” director] Kenneth Branagh and Jon Favreau and make like a triptych. We do four movies. We release them one a month for the summer. Or even every two weeks or three weeks. And the whole summer would be Avengers summer. So we do it the way they make television shows. One story arc but told in instalments by different directors. So all of the directors that touch part of the Avengers world would do a part; we could make the movies shorter, maybe less than an hour and a half, and we use the same sets and save Marvel money. I would love to sit around a table with all of them a kick around the story. That’s my dream."
Again I suppose this is speculation but from LOUISE LETTERIER I don’t mind

NORTON OUT OF AVENGERS WHAT!
I just got word that ED NORTON may not be appearing in the role of Bruce Banner PLEASE! TELL ME THIS IS WRONG.and that MARVEL have not done a one eighty, yet again it may have worked a bit in IRON MAN ,I doubt fans will totally forget getting rid of NORTON sure there was some falling out ,but people make up DONT THEY? well the rumor is, not in this case .Of which i hope this is so wrong. It seems they are opting for an unknown to play the role so here my casting for the role Christopher Gorham

ITS OFFICIAL ,ANNOUNCEMENT BY MARVEL
“We have made the decision to not bring Ed Norton back to portray the title role of Bruce Banner in the Avengers. Our decision is definitely not one based on monetary factors, but instead rooted in the need for an actor who embodies the creativity and collaborative spirit of our other talented cast members. The Avengers demands players who thrive working as part of an ensemble, as evidenced by Robert, Chris H, Chris E, Sam, Scarlett, and all of our talented casts. We are looking to announce a name actor who fulfills these requirements, and is passionate about the iconic role in the coming weeks.”
for an actor who embodies the creativity and collaborative spirit of our other talented cast members. Is this technical for who wont be such a pain in the ass.
We are looking to announce a name actor who fulfills these requirements, and is passionate about the iconic role in the coming weeks. THE HIT BACK
“This offensive statement from Kevin Feige at Marvel is a purposefully misleading, inappropriate attempt to paint our client in a negative light. Here are the facts: two months ago, Kevin called me and said he wanted Edward to reprise the role of Bruce Banner in The Avengers. He told me it would be his fantasy to bring Edward on stage with the rest of the cast at ComiCon and make it the event of the convention. When I said that Edward was definitely open to this idea, Kevin was very excited and we agreed that Edward should meet with Joss Whedon to discuss the project. Edward and Joss had a very good meeting (confirmed by Feige to me) at which Edward said he was enthusiastic at the prospect of being a part of the ensemble cast. Marvel subsequently made him a financial offer to be in the film and both sides started negotiating in good faith. This past Wednesday, after several weeks of civil, uncontentious discussions, but before we had come to terms on a deal, a representative from Marvel called to say they had decided to go in another direction with the part. This seemed to us to be a financial decision but, whatever the case, it is completely their prerogative, and we accepted their decision with no hard feelings.
We know a lot of fans have voiced their public disappointment with this result, but this is no excuse for Feige’s mean spirited, accusatory comments. Counter to what Kevin implies here, Edward was looking forward to the opportunity to work with Joss and the other actors in the Avengers cast, many of whom are personal friends of his. Feige’s statement is unprofessional, disingenuous and clearly defamatory. Mr. Norton talent, tireless work ethic and professional integrity deserve more respect, and so do Marvel’s fans.

NOW HULK REALLY MAD!!! HULK SMASH !!!
AVENGERS TO BE DIRECTED BY JOSS WHEDON
THE LAST WORD FROM ED NORTON
"As most of you know, I don't like to talk much about the business of making movies because it means a lot to me to protect the audience's fullest enjoyment of the 'magic' that films can have. But I am so appreciative of the outpouring of support from and of Hulk and The Avengers that feel it would be rood not to respond. So here it goes: It seems it won't work out for me to continue playing Bruce Banner for Marvel in The Avengers. I sincerely hoped it could happen and be great for everyone, but it hasn't turned out as i hoped. I know this is disappointing to many people and that makes me sad. But I am very sincerely grateful to Marvel for extending the offer and even more so for giving me the chance to be a part of the Hulk's long and excellent history. And I really can't thank the fans enough for how much enthusiasm you've sent my way about what Louis and I tried to do in our turn with the legend. It means a lot to me. I grew up with Banner and Hulk and have been a fan of every incarnation. I'm really proud, and very blessed, to have been one of them and will be thrilled to see him live on through other actors. Hulk is bigger than all of us, that's why we love him, right?
Sincerely,
Edward Norton"
