Have you ever been talking about someone and the bam they appear as if to say you called. Well this has just happened to me I was just talking about, how it was about time the lovely VIVIAN GREEN grace us with another album no sooner said I get a phone saying check you r mail theirs a link to her new song BEAUTIFUL and VIVIAN can I just say you have been worth the wait if this song .Its KILLER SONG if ever I heard one. VIVIAN GREEN first came the world’s attention via her first album released in November 2002 with her then new album A LOVE STORY she would later follow this up with album VIVIAN in 2005.There seems to be a pattern of long gaps between each release I don’t think this is deliberate on her part (I suppose having a baby is deliberate for some) yet if it is then each time she reappears she gets better and better..She has written some excellent songs .EMMOTINAL ROLLERCOASTER of which this reminds me of some what, also I LIKE IT (BUT I DON’T NEED IT) another great song .VIVIAN GREEN is not a flash in the pan she has written songs for the likes of BOYZ II MEN and BRITNEY SPEARS She began playing the piano at age eight and writing songs when she was 11. At 13, she joined a girl group called Younique. She spent her teens writing, send
ing out demos, and singing wherever she could. showing she has the credentials to go even further .She doesn’t appear to follow a trend but her song writing skills come straight from the heart. She is a talent that I wish more would copy. As a parent anyone can tell you that children always come first yet I think at times as with me these are times if viewed correctly can produce moments of great creativity. Are we about to get this from VIVIAN GREEN on this form this could be a year people start to truly see her music. She cannot be pigeon holed her music moves between JAZZ ,SOUL MUSIC and RNB MUSIC with lashing of pop and other sprinklings she cares to add. I don’t know the title of the new album yet, but I guess we won’t have to wait long.
